Choose the tagine or couscous ingredients
Chicken tagine, a prune-based preparation and vegetable couscous have distinct compositions. Review any meat, dried fruit and listed sides. Tagine also names a traditional cooking vessel, but a delivered meal does not necessarily include an earthenware dish. Packaging and serving format should therefore be explicit in the restaurant’s offer rather than inferred from a styled menu photograph.
Include the Moroccan meal’s accompaniments
Bread, couscous grains, broth and harissa may be included differently for each recipe. For a larger table, confirm how meats and vegetables are divided. Pastilla ordered as a starter or main course also involves different portions. Specialist restaurants sometimes prepare particular dishes only in advance, so check lead times before deciding when everyone should gather for the meal.
