Understand what the chef’s involvement means
A chef-prepared delivery may come from a restaurant, a catering workshop or a kitchen dedicated to ready meals. The chef’s name does not explain transportation or the work still required at home. Look for a detailed menu, storage information and instructions for finishing each dish. This format differs from hiring a private chef who actually cooks inside the customer’s home.
Select a service around the intended frequency
For a special evening, the sequence of courses and plating instructions matter. For everyday meals, ordering flexibility and recipe variety may be more useful. Ask how portions are packed and which substitutions can be arranged. A transparent offer allows comparison of the complete service, including delivery charges, packaging and any requirements for returning reusable dishes after the meal.
