Know who handles a problem with the order
The platform, restaurant and courier may be responsible for different stages. Retain the order summary and use the stated complaint channel if something is missing or damaged. For allergies, direct discussion with the restaurant remains essential: an app filter cannot establish the absence of cross-contact.
