Specify the fish and how it is served
A whole fish, a fillet and a steak provide different edible quantities. Check the named species, possible bones and included sides. Grilled fish may also carry a sauce or marinade worth examining. For several diners, pre-portioned servings can make the meal easier to distribute, while still requiring attention to the restaurant’s ingredient and preparation information.
Follow the instructions after handover
Fish can dry out when reheated without suitable guidance. Ask whether the dish arrives hot, chilled or ready for finishing, then use the corresponding instructions. Inspect the container and report leaks or an order that does not match the stated conditions. Journey length and reception arrangements help determine whether immediate local delivery or a scheduled chilled shipment is more appropriate.
