Choose bread and filling as a combination
Baguettes, sliced bread, focaccia and wraps behave differently in transit. A wet filling can quickly soften a crisp loaf, so review ingredients, size and customisation before choosing. For meetings, distinguish full individual sandwiches from platters cut into smaller pieces. The number of pieces on a catering tray does not establish how many complete lunches it will provide.
Make the assortment easy to distribute
Ask for clear labels when several recipes look alike, particularly if guests have identified ingredients they must avoid. Confirm whether a deal includes a drink and side or only the sandwich. Platters waiting to be served need storage according to the seller’s instructions. Direct ordering and a delivery platform may offer different selections from the same brand.
