Identify the Indonesian preparation you are choosing
Nasi goreng, rendang and coconut-based dishes differ in ingredients and sauce quantity. Review the restaurant’s recipe and how rice fits into the set meal. Condiments and marinades can contain ingredients that are less visible in a photograph. Direct questions help clarify what needs to be avoided and which adaptations the kitchen can realistically offer for that preparation.
Check the restaurant or caterer’s service area
Indonesian food offers may come from establishments in different cities and countries. A Paris restaurant, a service in Belgium and a collection order are separate possibilities. Identify the service method before selecting dishes. For an assortment, confirm the number of rice portions and any elements added at the final stage, rather than assuming every component is already combined.
