Choose an Indian recipe by its ingredients
Indian menus can combine lentils, vegetables, tandoor preparations and curries with widely differing ingredients. Examine each sauce: cream, yoghurt, nuts and coconut milk do not occur in the same recipes. Chilli strength and the ingredient list answer separate questions. Request clarification from the restaurant when a dish name does not provide enough information for your particular food preferences.
Allocate rice and breads within the order
A set menu may include rice, naan and a starter, while an individual curry is sold alone. Check that distinction before comparing totals. For several diners, match sauces with their dishes and inspect the fillings in stuffed breads. Clearly identifying vegetarian preparations and meat dishes makes a shared meal easier to serve once the delivery arrives at home.
