Reach the correct territorial office, using social-service guidance where needed. A charging table from another department cannot reliably establish the contribution for a person living elsewhere.
Align the quote with the authorised support
Provide separate amounts for food, transport and assistance so the assessment can identify eligible items. Ask how to update the file if the person's condition, address or meal frequency changes. An earlier award should be reviewed before increasing the service. Extra deliveries may create a household expense even when the original arrangement receives departmental support.
